Kalastra is a US-based neocloud infrastructure company. We source, qualify, and deliver large-block GPU capacity for AI factory and sovereign cloud deployments — without owning a single data center.
What we do
Infrastructure at wholesale scale
Large-scale AI infrastructure is hard to source. The supply of shovel-ready, liquid-cooling-ready, power-secured colo nodes is limited — and most of it never reaches the open market.
We built Kalastra to fix that on the supply side. Our network covers data center operators, power infrastructure partners, cooling specialists, and financiers across six regions. We bring that network to a single point of contact for buyers who need 10MW or more.
Deals range from Colocation and Inference-as-a-Service contracts to full facility leases and joint venture structures. We fit the deal type to what actually works for the buyer and the site.

How we work
Colo & Inference-as-a-Service
We handle the supply side — colocation sourcing, power qualification, cooling design, and deal structuring for GPU, NPU, CPU, and LPU deployments. You focus on what runs on top.
Wholesale only
Our minimum engagement is 10MW of compute or equivalent colo capacity. This keeps our network focused on buyers who need scale — not individual racks or small slots.
Off-market access
Most of our colo capacity and GPU node inventory is not publicly listed. Our partner network gives us early sight of sites before they go to market, which matters when every week counts.
One team, six regions
We run a single deal team across North America, APAC, Middle East, India, Africa, and Europe. One point of contact, six regional markets.
Global Operator
Headquartered in the US. Operating in six regions.
Deal structuring, financing, and partner management are all run from our US headquarters. Boots on the ground in each region handle facility coordination, compliance, and operations.
This setup gives you a US counterparty for contracts and financing, with regional presence in every market we serve.
